Warren Cook, a filmmaker and director, is the founder of Make Something Beautiful, a video production company located in Fort Worth. Having nurtured a creative flair from an early age, Warren graduated with an Advertising Degree from San Diego Advertising Arts School and spent years working as a creative director at an agency that catered to clients and brands worldwide.
Despite his success in the advertising industry, Warren’s true calling lay in storytelling and capturing the essence of beauty in people. With his wife serving as producer, he founded Make Something Beautiful, a company that has won numerous awards for its exceptional work. His accolades include Best of Show for Visit Fort Worth’s Fort Worth Stories, the Texas A&M Campaign’s “Where You Belong,” and several other awards for stories that showcase students and alumni making a difference in the world. He also won the LA Film Award, IndieX Film Awards and was an official selection for the 2020 Lone Star Film Festival for co-writing the short film “The Twilite Hour” with friends from the near southside, and his short “The More You Hear The Less I Talk” won the Best Short Short award at the Lone Star Film Festival in 2021.
Warren’s devotion to his community is palpable in his award-winning series “Fort Worth Funky,” which features extraordinary individuals from his community. He sought to create something that added value to the community and aimed to leave a legacy of work that celebrated not for himself but those in front of the camera.
Today, Warren and his wife Jules continue to work with leading brands, telling unique stories and creating films that reflect their commitment to excellence. To learn more about their work, visit www.msb-creative.com.
